What is a Reverse Vendor Trade Show?
It’s an event where vendors meet directly with our departments to learn about upcoming needs, requirements, and how to do business with us. Instead of vendors showcasing products, we showcase our processes and future opportunities.
Who should attend?
Current vendors, potential vendors, small businesses, and anyone interested in providing goods or services to our organization.
Is there a cost to attend?
No. Attendance is free.
Will there be presentations or sessions?
Yes, there will be presentations and training offered. An agenda will be released closer to time.
Can I set up a booth at the Trade Show?
No. Vendor booths are not allowed.
Do vendors need to register in advance?
Yes, we prefer if vendors register in advance. Registration helps us plan space, materials, and staffing.
Can I attend if I don't register in advance?
Yes, walk-ins are welcome.
What should vendors bring?
Company info, capability statement, and business cards. No full displays needed.
Is there parking on site?
Yes, there is free parking on site in the parking garage.
What are the event hours?
1-4PM (MST)

Will there be a meal provided?
Snacks and water are provided but no meal.

This event offers a unique opportunity to connect directly with the County’s procurement team and representatives from multiple departments to learn how to do business with the County and gain insight into upcoming projects. Attendees will also benefit from breakout presentations highlighting key aspects of County procurement procedures, making this a valuable occasion to build relationships, expand knowledge, and explore new opportunities for collaboration.
