General Parking Information

  • For general questions concerning parking, please call Parking Operations at (719) 520-7741 or (719) 520-6511.
  • Parking facilities accept credit card at all times and cash for scheduled events.
  • Parking fees paid for scheduled events are $5.00 and covers 4.5 hours from event start time as listed by the Pikes Peak Center. Gates open for exiting.
  • Pay on foot kiosks are available in both downtown parking structures.
  • Vehicles may be ticketed and/or towed from the property at the owner’s expense as a result of violating parking regulations.
  • El Paso County is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to vehicles, or any articles left therein.
  • Please leave the ticket on vehicle dashboard.
  • Sahwatch and Costilla parking structures are one way traffic only.
  • Extended stays (over 24 hours) are not authorized. In the event of an emergency, please notify parking operations or the vehicle will be towed.
  • While conducting jury duty, parking is covered with an approved validation. Upon exiting parking structure, scan parking ticket then validation received from the Jury Commissioner’s Office.
  • County employees may contact Parking Operations to request a daily use parking space. Approved use is on a first come first serve basis until full and then there is a wait list.
    • “Reserved Parking” designated spots are not available for jury and public to park in Monday-Friday 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
    • Numbered or lettered “Reserved Parking” signs are assigned to specific individuals/vehicles.
    • Spots marked reserved 24/7 are only available to assigned individuals at all times.
