Most El Paso County administrative and elected administrative offices and affiliated agencies, including El Paso County Public Health, the Department of Human Services, Clerk and Recorder, County Treasurer, County Assessor, Pikes Peak Workforce Center, CSU Extension, the Small Business Development Center (SBDC), the Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC) and the El Paso County Public Trustee will be closed Monday, Dec. 24, Tuesday, Dec. 25, 2018, and Tuesday, Jan. 1, 2019, in observance of the holidays.
Judicial offices of the 4th Judicial District Attorney and El Paso County Combined Courts will be open regular hours Monday, Dec. 24. They will be closed Dec. 25, 2018 and January 1, 2019.
The El Paso County Clerk and Recorder’s North Branch Office in Union Town Center (Union and Research Parkway) which is usually open Saturday mornings will be closed Saturday, Dec. 22, 2018. The Fort Carson branch of the Clerk and Recorder’s Office will be closed on Monday, Dec. 31, 2018.
The Board of El Paso County Commissioners regularly scheduled meetings on Tuesday, Dec. 25 and Thursday, Dec. 27, 2018, and Tuesday, Jan. 1 and Thursday, Jan. 3, 2019, have been canceled. BoCC meetings will resume with the regular schedule Tuesday, Jan. 8, 2019.
The Board of County Commissioners meets in the Commissioners Hearing Room at Centennial Hall, 200 South Cascade Avenue. Normal start time is 9 a.m.
