The regularly scheduled Board of County Commissioners meetings for Tuesday, March 5, and Thursday, March 7, have been canceled as the Commissioners will be representing El Paso County at the National Association of Counties (NACo) Annual Legislative Conference March 2 to March 6 in Washington D.C.
The NACo Legislative Conference brings together more than 2,000 county officials from across the country to focus on Federal legislative and policy issues impacting county governments. Attendees will hear from key administration officials and members of Congress. They will also attend many informational sessions focusing on key issues.
Colorado County Commissioners will meet with lawmakers as well as key Congressional and administration staff to discuss Federal issues of special interest to Colorado residents.

Commissioners meetings are replayed on the El Paso County News and Information Channels Comcast channel 59 and Century Link High Definition Channel 1089.
Board of County Commissioners meetings are held Tuesdays and Thursdays starting at 9 a.m. in the Commissioners Hearing Room at Centennial Hall, 200 South Cascade Avenue in downtown Colorado Springs.
