Review Process

Receiving El Paso County Community Investment funding is competitive and based on available resources. Submitting a complete application does not guarantee funding. Applicants must provide organizational details, funding needs, program impact, metrics, and financial documentation.

Applications are reviewed for completeness, eligibility, and community impact by the County staff team. Funding decisions emphasize economic benefit and community outcomes.

Applicants must certify accuracy, understand funding is not guaranteed, and agree to submit quarterly (Apr 30, Jul 31, Oct 31) and year-end (Jan 31) reports. Each new fiscal year requires a new application submission.
