Due to scheduling conflicts the regularly scheduled Board of County Commissioners meetings for next Tuesday (September 17) and next Thursday (September 19) have been canceled.
El Paso County Commissioners will be joining other business, civic and government leaders for meetings in Washington, D.C. next week for the annual “DC Fly-In,” organized by the Greater Colorado Springs Chamber of Commerce and Economic Development Corporation. The trip is an opportunity to meet with key officials and Colorado’s Congressional delegation to build important relationships and showcase our region.
Regularly scheduled meetings of the Board of County Commissioners are held Tuesdays and Thursdays starting at 9:00 a.m. at Centennial Hall, 200 South Cascade Avenue in downtown Colorado Springs. They can be seen live on the El Paso County News and Information Channels on Comcast Ch. 59 and Century Link 1089 and through live streaming at www.elpasoco.com.
