Participants will learn safety guidelines and specifics for operating a small home-based cottage food business from a home kitchen and the most current Colorado Cottage Foods Act information. Following the successful completion of an exam, participants will be given a 3-year certification, which meets the food safety training requirement for Colorado Cottage Foods Act.

Course will take up to 4 hours.
