El Paso County Facilities and Strategic Infrastructure Management is responsible for planning, operating, and maintaining the County infrastructure to support long-term goals and the County’s strategic plan.
Furthermore, Facilities and Strategic Infrastructure Management oversees the day-to-day upkeep of County buildings, systems—like HVAC and electrical—and grounds, supports Title II and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance, as well as Parking Services operations and facilities.
