Annual Comprehensive Financial Reports (ACFR)

The Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR) serves as the official annual financial report of El Paso County. It provides detailed information about the operations and financial position of the County. The Annual Report is prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles in the United States of America and is then audited by an independent auditor.

Please note that the information contained in the Annual Comprehensive Financial Report has not been updated for developments subsequent to the date of the independent auditor’s report. As such, prior year annual reports contain dated information for reference only.

If the Single Audit is not a separate file it will be attached to the end of that year’s Annual Report.
