Health Coverage Tax Documents
Tax Form 1095-C, a reporting document required by the Affordable Care Act (ACA), is used to report health care coverage offered to full-time employees each plan year by El Paso County.
Delivery Methods
Electronic
All full-time, active employees will be provided Form 1095-C in electronic form. Electronic 1095-C forms will be accessible in Employee Self Service (ESS) by the Federal deadline each year and will remain available for a minimum of one year. A paper Form 1095-C will not be mailed.
