All full-time employees can enroll in the 2027 RYP program. Medical plan participants: Join RYP+ by scheduling your 2027 RYP Health Consultation!
Open Enrollment changes/elections and RYP+ enrollment are effective January 1, 2027.
RYP+ enrollment is available to El Paso County EPO Medical Plan subscribers during the open enrollment period and must be completed annually.

Health Coverage Tax Documents
Tax Form 1095-C, a reporting document required by the Affordable Care Act (ACA), is used to report health care coverage offered to full-time employees each plan year by El Paso County.
Delivery Methods
Electronic
All full-time, active employees will be provided Form 1095-C in electronic form. Electronic 1095-C forms will be accessible in Employee Self Service (ESS) by the Federal deadline each year and will remain available for a minimum of one year. A paper Form 1095-C will not be mailed.
