Reach Your Peak (RYP) Wellness Program
Personify Health
The Reach Your Peak wellness program’s goal is to provide you with the resources, options, and support you need to reach and maintain optimal health.
Reach Your Peak (RYP)
Participants can earn points by participating in program activities and making healthy decisions. By achieving quarterly levels, participants earn prize drawing entries.
All full-time employees are eligible to participate, as well as spouses enrolled in the El Paso County Medical Plan.
Reach Your Peak+ (RYP+)
In addition to the benefits of the RYP program, RYP+ members receive a medical plan premium reduction and the opportunity to add earnings to a Health Reimbursement Account (HRA).
Medical Plan subscribers are eligible to participate. RYP+ is only available during new medical plan enrollment period and open enrollment.
Fitness Centers
HealthBreak
The El Paso County Citizens Service Center (CSC) Fitness Center is conveniently located on the 1st floor of the CSC. Memberships are available to full-time and part-time El Paso County employees at no cost. The CSC Fitness Center is managed by nationally certified staff who instruct exercise classes including, but not limited to, Boot Camp, HIIT, Yoga, and Core.
- Confidential fitness assessments and equipment orientations are available.
- The CSC Fitness Center is equipped with full locker rooms, cardiovascular equipment, strength machines, and free weights.
- Virtual and on-demand exercise classes are also available through Fitness Hub.

Healthy Horizons
El Paso County Public Health
Public Health is launching a wellness program to be offered as a benefit to El Paso County employees. Build healthy habits through a one-year nationally proven lifestyle change program designed to help prevent or delay type 2 diabetes. Participants work toward achieving a 5–7% weight loss and increasing their physical activity to a minimum of 150 minutes per week. Participants should plan for approximately 26 education sessions over a 12-month period to complete the program. Sessions are one hour in length and offered in a hybrid format, allowing for in-person and virtual participation.

- Health coaching and group support\
- Incentivized with Reach Your Peak (RYP) points per session you attend
