Experian Verify handles Employment Verifications. This includes but is not limited to Loan Verifications, Income Verifications, & Public Service Loan Forgiveness.

Loan & Income Verifications

If you are a Commercial Verifier or Social Service Verifier looking to verify employment, please utilize the Experian Verify portal.

Verifier Instructions


For proof of employment or income, verifiers should register in the Experian Verify Portal and submit their request online.

Verifiers will need:

— The employee’s first and last name
— The employee’s full Social Security number
— Name of Employer
— A signed authorization form (if requesting income)

No company code or salary pin is required. Verifiers can direct questions to the Customer Support line above (Option 2).

NEED A COPY OF YOUR OWN REPORT?

Visit the Experian Portal to register. Enter the following:

  • Employer Access Code: E90D44A3
  • Full Social Security Number
  • Full Name
  • Date of Birth
  • Work Email

Log in and include the following on your form:

  • Your first and last name
  • The last 4 digits of your SSN
  • A return fax number or mailing address to the agency.

Public Service Loan Forgiveness

If you are an employee pursuing a PSLF Application, please create an employee account on the Experian Verify portal.

Create Account & Obtain Employment Certification Form (ECF)


  1. Click the Registration link.
  2. Complete the Create Account online form.
    • Enter the Employer Code: E90D44A3
    • Input your personal information.
  3. You will then receive a Password Setup email. Click the link to create a password & activate your account.
  4. Log in.
  5. Select Letters from the homepage or sidebar menu.
  6. Select PLSF Letter.
  7. This will generate a letter with a complete Employment Certification Form (ECF) & submission instructions.

Please follow the instruction sheet attached to your PSLF.

PLEASE NOTE:

The signature on the letter you receive is a “wet signature” and is acceptable for applications.

Experian’s PSLF Fulfillment Team does not submit your application, communicate with MOHELA/Fed Loans, or have any additional insight into your application status. Any questions regarding your status will need to be directed to MOHELA/Fed Loans.
