The El Paso County Clerk and Recorder unveiled an innovative and modern paperless agenda management system, Agenda.NET™, at the County Commissioners regular meeting this morning. The upgrade includes more user-friendly tools to better serve the public and staff.

“Agenda.NET™ provides an innovative, transparent and modern agenda management system,” said Clerk to the Board Supervisor, Kristy Smart. “This tool provides an opportunity to adapt our existing organizational structures with easy-to-use software, offering a wealth of functionality for the public and staff members. This platform has also updated our live streaming capabilities for better viewing of the meeting.”

The application is flexible, customizable, and provides an intuitive interface with a secure information portal, allowing staff the ability to provide information in a modern and easy-to-use environment for County Commissioners meetings members and the public.

The new system will provide the public and staff the capability of audio- and video-streaming of meetings, access to agendas, meeting minutes, resolutions, and archived items with the searchable database, in addition to the self-serve printing capabilities.

“This is another example of how our office is fostering innovation,” said Clerk and Recorder Chuck Broerman.
