About the Program

El Paso County and Colorado Enterprise Fund are working together to provide loans ranging from $10,000-$50,000 to new and existing for-profit small businesses in El Paso County. The El Paso County Community Loan Fund program is a revolving loan program that provides financing opportunities for entrepreneurs who do not qualify for traditional lending, helping them access the capital they need to start or grow their small businesses. Borrowers have access to loan funding and free business navigation services, including business coaching and education.

Who Can Apply?

For-Profit

New or existing for-profit businesses in El Paso County.

Small Business

Generally, small businesses with less than 20 full-time employees.

Annual Revenue Cap

Generally, businesses with $2M or less in annual revenue.

Loan parameters depend on multiple factors and specific loan needs. Loan terms typically range anywhere from 1-5 years, and the interest rate is fixed, depending on loan size and terms.
