Business Personal Property Tax Credit
El Paso County values its business partners and, since 2000, has provided a credit to those businesses for the County’s share of business personal property taxes. All businesses receive this credit; it is applied as a “Tax Rate Reduction/Credit” on Property Tax Statements from the El Paso County Treasurer.
All types of businesses, from restaurants to manufacturers, are provided this generous incentive. This is another way El Paso County maintains a business-friendly environment.
