What is a Capabilities Statement?

A capabilities statement gives the County a snapshot of your business, including your services, experience, and areas of expertise.

Why Submit a Capabilities Statement?

It helps departments identify potential vendors for future projects and supports market research and outreach efforts. Submitting a capabilities statement does not guarantee work, but it helps connect your business with upcoming County opportunities.

How to Submit a Capabilities Statement

Vendors may submit a one- to two-page capabilities statement in PDF format, which includes a brief company overview, key services, relevant experience, and contact information. Capabilities statements should be uploaded through the County’s designated submission portal or submitted through the Capabilities Statement Submission Form below. Vendors are encouraged to keep their information current and update their statement as capabilities or offerings change.
